Summer In ItalyReviews of summerinitaly.com

I have been very impressed by the manner in which the staff of Summer In Italy have dealt with our enquiries and our holiday booking. Their attention to detail and prompt responses were second to none - even working until almost midnight to ensure they forwarded as much advance information as possible. Nothing was too small for them to deal with. Importantly, they were friendly yet professional and their assurances that we can contact them at any time means we now feel we can relax and look forward to our holiday - can't wait!

Very helpful, quick response time and friendly. A+

Excellent services, prompt feedbacks, helpful to provide all travel related services. Good job!

We have traveled all over the world and we usually use the internet to book our houses and apartments. Summer in Italy is the best website we have used. They have an 800 number which I loved. It was so nice to talk to someone who had an answer for my many questions. They were very professional and emailed back and forth with me many times. The booking process was very easy and quick. We will use this website every time we travel to Italy.

Are you planning a vacation in Italy? Then you need to contact the team at Summer In Italy they are, without a single doubt, the most amazing booking company I have ever done business with. Their site truly reflects what you are booking. They are prompt in all their communication despite the different time zones (we are in New Zealand) Luca and his team go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. We encountered a situation prior to arrival in Italy which was very, very disruptive to our travel plans. I was at the end of my tether so I contacted Luca and he fixed everything. Luca also went out of his way for me to arrange fulfilling a life long dream. I know of no other company who would do the things that these people do. They are truly the superstars of accommodation booking. I would not consider going to Italy without booking through Luca and his team. Email them your wish list and watch what they can do. You will be astounded. Keep up the brilliant work guy's and hopefully we will see you again in 2015

If the experience of exploring possibilities and finding just the right holiday home with the support of the Summer in Italy team is a taste of what is to come, we are in for an amazing time in Villa Daria. I dealt with Melanie particularly and she was wonderful but every time I popped in for another look, a friendly member of the team promptly offered their services. They were present but unobtrusive, friendly, informative, and genuinely excited about my trip. Thank you Melanie and thank you Luca and the team. Cant wait to arrive!

Summer in Italy provide a very good service and worked really hard to find something suitable to our needs. There is a fee of course. When competing against Trip Advisor or Airbnb - who take a fee but don't provide any real service - there will be a problem since it comes out more expensive for the same properties. Due to the fact that we started late and there wasn't as much available it worked out well for us, but in the long run I think people will use the latter to lower expenses.

From the moment I went on the website and made my first inquiry, I was impressed. Luca and his team are in constant communication with you from start to finish. Extremely professional, kind, and thorough. They have some beautiful properties listed all over Italy, and make the rental process easy. I can't recommend them enough.
