This is our third time in the last five years that we have used this website for renting a villa. Each and every time, we have had a very pleasant experience. Not only are all the personnel very courteous, knowledgable, and professional but they have always been very accommodating when it came to satisfying our personal preferences as much as possible. There is no doubt that we will continue using this website in planning future vacations in Italy

So far this company has been faultless in their handling of our booking, and I have every confidence (going on other people's documented experiences) that we shall have a wonderfully hassle free week in Italy using the services of this company.

I recently booked a holiday apartment through 'Summer in Italy' and found their service and response rate to be excellent, despite the fact that some of my communications were over the New Year's holiday period and even on New Year's day.

Booked apartment in Ravello, with summerinitaly and so far the booking experience has been friendly and helpful. Excellent prompt responses and provided additional info re car hire. Makes us feel confident about service we'll receive when we get there this August. Looking forward to our stay.

The Summer In Italy site was easy to use. When I made my booking they responded quickly to confirm that they had received the request, and then shortly after to confirm my reservation. Online payment was simple and straight forward, and any issues that I had were quickly dealt with. The service so far has been friendly and helpful, which is a good start to our holiday experience.

Agence de réservation réactive tant par mail que par téléphone, à l'écoute de ses clients. Aucun problème jusqu'à présent. Juste un peu de mal pour parler anglais ou italien

We booked 3 apartments in Sorrento through Summer in Italy for our family reunion next summer. The booking process was very smooth and easy. Someone always in contact to answer question during the booking. Although we have not seen the apartments, I feel confident, the place will be to our satisfactory just by dealing with the agent who represent the owners. I have travelled extensive in Italy and have used a number of agents to help find villa or apartment. Summer in Italy's quality and professionalism definitely surpass other agents I've dealt with in Italy. I will use them again for my future travel in Italy.

I have used Summer In Italy several times, over several years. I have always found the villas, or apartments to be just as pictures and company said they were. So many times the staff has helped me in so many ways with my many visits to Italy. They are an excellent staff, and company. I can not say enough about how professional and helpful they are. Just wonderful.
