Summer In ItalyReviews of summerinitaly.com

The staff at Summer In Italy are amazing! We had an immediate response to every one of our queries right from the availability request to when we needed our deposit processed quickly in order to book flights. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly and efficient. They really did go above and beyond to help us achieve our dream holiday. If you are going to Italy don't bother with other accommodation websites because Summer In Italy are the best. They have the best and biggest selection of accommodation and the wonderful friendliness of the staff makes you feel like your holiday has already started. Thank you so much Summer In Italy for eveything. We shall be using you again!

It's always hard when you're booking accommodation from another country because you don't know the area or if certain sites are credible. I was so shocked when I got a reply from Summer In Italy because they had told me the accommodation I had wanted was unavailable so I instantly dismissed it, however I got a reply asking what my price range was and where I wanted to go, and within 24 hours I had a list of 8 options on accommodation within my price range. To me that is going above and beyond in customer service and because of that I found the perfect little accommodation I needed. Also, a neat trick on the internet is to look and see if the site is secure, (especially with payments) - look for the little padlock picture in your website URL bar and that shows the site is protected and secure. Definitely a pleasure booking with summer in Italy and that extra personal touch!

I was able to book the property I wanted to stay at, in a matter of minutes. Service was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends travelling to Italy.

The staff helped me locate the perfect holiday location that fit my budget. Their service was prompt and professional, even made my reservation on the weekend. Thank you for the wonderful service. Marco D. Nova Scotia, Canada

Our second time dealing with Summer in Italy. They are a dream to work with. So friendly, professional and communicative!

Summer In Italy provide an excellent booking service, which includes on-line help by their team. Communication was prompt, efficient and effective advising of the status of my booking request. The website is well laid out and easy to use. I couldn't ask for a better service.

While I haven't yet been to the Positano property booked through Summer in Italy, I believe it will be just what I wanted. The experience of booking through an online conversation with Valeria is very personal and extremely timely. Replies to questions came quickly and responses were always appropriate.

Summer in Italy is an excellent organisation and the support from Melanie has really been wonderful. I had very fast responses to all my questions and I was given so much help in finding what suited my specific needs that is was easy to make my informed decision. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am now looking forward to my holiday with peace of mind that I have exactly what I want at the right price for my budget. Mille Grazie Summer in Italy and Melanie! Gerry Glasgow Scotland
