I recently booked Casa Andreina B. through summerinitaly and worked with Luca Trotta and Andrea Di Francesco. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and provided all the information I needed prior to making a decision to reserve the apartment. The booking process itself was very easy. They gave me a few options to make the payment and I chose to make the payment via credit card and the process was smooth. Thank you so much Luca and Andrea for your help.

Very friendly, very helpful....was completely impressed by how customer service savvy they are. I was actually using another website to try to book a property in Italy. One property after another kept knocking me back because I needed a midweek booking. 'Summer in Italy' were able to see the problem I was having and they contacted me with solutions. I got it sorted and managed to get booked......and they have helped every step of the way to ensure there is no confusion and make the booking process as simple as possible. I have since recommended them to a family member and she has also booked with them. I hope the helpful attitude will continue through to the end of my booking ;-)

I found Summer in Italy extremely helpful and were quick to answer my queries throughout the booking process. They are very professional and would definitely book with them again. We have a wedding we are attending next year and their advice and help in accommodation was valuable to us. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We used Summer in Italy last year for booking a villa on the Amalfi Coast. Luca & his team were very helpful throughout the booking process and answering questions as we got close to our trip. Using again for booking Tuscany for 2016

Would not hesitate to use Summer In Italy again for our next holiday! Clear website, booking easy and very good communication. We used one of the the Taxi companies linked on the website to get from the airport to the apartment which made everything hassle free.

Very responsive; multiple members of the Summer in Italy staff worked to provide answers to our questions. Very patient when we were not sure of the exact accommodations we would need.

summerinitaly.com service has been great. Fastest response of the 3 agencies I dealt with in making plans for a 3 week vacation in Italy.

We just booked a villa with Summer in Italy and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we got from them. They responded to every email immediately and, what I liked was, if the staff person who I wrote to was out, someone else answered my question. My email didn't just sit in someone's box waiting for that person to return. And the answers were not just canned responses. They were individually composed with thoughtful responses, giving both pros and cons of the issue. I also liked the chat feature that popped up while I was searching for a villa. I actually felt I got to know some of the staff from the chats that we had. All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.
