As our first time to plan a trip to Italy we were told that rentals fill up early and the sooner you book the better. As as far as this being our first time to plan and book a trip, the process couldn't have been easier. We were contacted by email regarding our request and a second email confirming our reservation came as soon as the payment to reserve had been processed. We were contacted by Luca and were told that they would be happy to help out with any questions we might have regarding the rental property or our trip. I hope the process for final payment and check-in go as smoothly as the reserving process.
