Prompt response and very friendly and helpful

Luca was absolutely exceptional. The communication was extremely prompt and informative. Almost Immediately upon booking, Luca sent me a personalized pdf file that contained pages of information relevant to my individual stay. He and his associates were in touch with me the entire time. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the owner couldn’t have been more delightful. I highly recommend booking your holiday with Luca as he has everything under control and will put you at ease. I would 100% book my holiday with Luca again. Excellent job!

One of the most responsive and patient services I have dealt with in Europe. Always looking for a solution based on my needs.

My vacation in Italy went perfect thanks to this service! I'm already planning my next trip to Lombardy and I will definitely choose this company to help me again.

Luca was very helpful and responded in a timely manner.
