Order lost did not receive, finally received after contacting them, the replacement was defective and had been worn and smelled of heavy perfume. Ì contacted them and they refused to send me a replacement or a refund. After explaining and sending photos of it I was told to style the wig over the big gapping hole. I told them it was not possible to cover the hole and track edge that was very noticable and she told me to send the wig back and she would refund me $50. I said I wasn’t looking for a refund I just wanted a replacement and she gave me every excuse why she couldn’t do that and they were very flippant with me and finally I was told I would be sent a new wig IF it hadn’t been worn. I reminded her it looked and smelled to already be worn. I was told it would be inspected and if it had been be worn there was nothing that they could do. The entire time messaging me like I was an inconvenience to her. So I’m out $250 and a usable wig! Don’t waste your money!

Worth every penny! I'm blown away by the quality of the sulmy wig. Sometimes I struggle to find wigs with a lace color that blends with my fair skin, but this one is perfect. The lace is thin and melts seamlessly into my sclap. If you are on the fence, just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I got a 613 lace wig and I’m impressed by the quality. The shedding is minimal, the lace is thin and melts easily. The color is beautiful even after a few washes. Overall, I love this hair.

The wig I ordered looks nothing like the photo! I spent $63 to return it to China. It never made it past China Customs. So, NO REFUND OF SEVERAL HUNDRED $$$$$.I contacted the company multiple times to no avail. This whole thing started months ago! I just had the stupid thing returned to me. I will try dying it and trimming it and making it smaller. The cap is ridiculously huge. This company answered emails but gave no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I wish I had read the review before I order . I bought a $341 wig . It wasn’t the wig as advertised and they are saying it was bought from somewhere else . Unbelievable. I will review them many times as needed to prevent people to be scammed as I did. The wig that was sent to me is not worth $1 dollar I will never use such bad one .
