SULMYReviews of sulmy.com

I bought this wig after seeing a commercial on face book with some long haired make up guy. Well I waited and waited and here arrives this wig. Number one it looked nothing like the wig on the commercial. I sent the wig back and have given them the return tracking numbe and now they are ignoring my emails. The wig was over $400 it was thin and not very well made and a completely different color as was advertised.

Hair looks nothing like the photo really thin at the front hair does not feel great quality really disappointed and know I can not be bothered to argue or send back and the size of the cap is huge so does not sit flat will never order from here again

Removed wig and immediately repacked in same packaging -despite website saying no problem with refunds -and despite loads of emails telling me that I am receiving a refund -I have received nothing for 3 months . It is not an American company -everything is in China

Order lost did not receive, finally received after contacting them, the replacement was defective and had been worn and smelled of heavy perfume. Ì contacted them and they refused to send me a replacement or a refund. After explaining and sending photos of it I was told to style the wig over the big gapping hole. I told them it was not possible to cover the hole and track edge that was very noticable and she told me to send the wig back and she would refund me $50. I said I wasn’t looking for a refund I just wanted a replacement and she gave me every excuse why she couldn’t do that and they were very flippant with me and finally I was told I would be sent a new wig IF it hadn’t been worn. I reminded her it looked and smelled to already be worn. I was told it would be inspected and if it had been be worn there was nothing that they could do. The entire time messaging me like I was an inconvenience to her. So I’m out $250 and a usable wig! Don’t waste your money!

The wig I ordered looks nothing like the photo! I spent $63 to return it to China. It never made it past China Customs. So, NO REFUND OF SEVERAL HUNDRED $$$$$.I contacted the company multiple times to no avail. This whole thing started months ago! I just had the stupid thing returned to me. I will try dying it and trimming it and making it smaller. The cap is ridiculously huge. This company answered emails but gave no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I wish I had read the review before I order . I bought a $341 wig . It wasn’t the wig as advertised and they are saying it was bought from somewhere else . Unbelievable. I will review them many times as needed to prevent people to be scammed as I did. The wig that was sent to me is not worth $1 dollar I will never use such bad one .

No full refunds and no exchanges are an option.......Sulmy Hair. Very slow response time to questions if any. I would get $80.00 for a $230.00 wig WOW

They sent me the wrong wig and now want me to spend $50.00 - $100.00 to ship it to China when it came Fed Ex from California. What a rip off!!
