Unfortunately, there is no option as negative. Sulekha should be scored as -5. They are the biggest scammers / fraud people. They would do anything to get your money. Of course, lot of people advertised on their portal and get their goods sold or buy etc. However, these type of services are not good way to rate them. In case, you pay them money for any service then just write off the money since they never fulfil their promises. I am filing case against them in the Small Claim Court and would request for a ban on Sulekha for any business activity in USA possible to start with Washington and then other states. This will be a class action against Sulekha.

If I had an option for giving zero or negative stars, I would have given it. I booked show tickets through Sulekha and the show was cancelled due to COVID-19. Now it has been 2 months I haven't received my refund back. I have emailed them several times, no proper response. I have called them several times, but no one to talk to. One of the worst experience ever. I would recommend if possible avoid using this site.

If possible...I would give them negative ratings...these guys operate full time scam....only heard of indian people involved in scam...but this time I experienced...cannot generalize indian...I found some honest people as well...but this agency is scam...they invited for business analytics (BA) training and promised placement and acted like they trained....there was a guy who called himself from Mr. D'Souza from NJ...who was involved in all conversations with me...and acted like they trained us...and once their "training" was done they seemed invisible....they were so scammers once they took money...they didn't respond to any emails and phone calls...before they took money...they were very prompt in responding...guys just be careful....big time scammers

I wish I could give Sulekha USA 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can choose, here is why - I have been trying to get a status on my refund for a cancelled event since March and I have not received any solid information regarding the same. The refund email was sent to me by Sulekha USA on 12th March saying it will be refunded within 10-15 days. I first contacted Sulekha after 15 working days passed, I was told that refunds are delayed due to COVID-19 and that they have processed it but it will take some time to get to me (God knows if the refund is walking on foot to reach me from Texas or what). Second time I contacted them few days later, I was assured that I would get the refund within 20-25 business days after the event cancellation. 25 days passed and I got nothing. I got frustrated and called them, the customer support agent kept repeating these words - "Refund will processed shortly Sir." and without listening to me she hung up the phone. If this is how they treat their customers, I would say Sulekha does not even deserve to be a company at all as it is being run by a bunch of unprofessional and uneducated people who lack information that the customer has every right to know. I submitted email request asking for my refund several times but unfortunately I have not heard back yet on any of those email requests. We are in May now and I do not know when the right time will come, I have started to feel like Sulekha is just trying to avoid answering to me and waiting for me to gradually give up and let it go. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. So Sulekha, you have won as I have finally given up trying to reach out to you for an answer and have decided to contact my Bank to file a claim against your con company but I will not leave any opportunity to provide a feedback as negatively as possible. I will never be using Sulekha and advise anyone who is reading this to do the same. These people don't care and offer pathetic customer service.

Nobody gives response on refunds...

They are providing very poor service very bad service fake Company I urge all friends never to trust the sulekha ones and to say that you return the call but this call will never return and make money.

Do not use this platform. I am a business owner and they created an ad page for my business without my knowledge or consent. With corrupt practices like this, I wouldn't trust much of anything on their site. Don't get scammed - avoid this site.
