100% CHEAT! In my opinion Sulekha should be banned from operations. Everyone who has suffered loss should form a team to report Sulekha to the government for their atrocious business malpractices. They try to swindle money in the form of an established corporate. Their owners to managers to staff are well-trained to sweet-talk to clients to gain their business and revenue but as soon as they receive the payment they will treat you like trash. One mistake that we did was we didn't read the reviews already existed on the web. BUSINESS OWNERS NEVER LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH SULEKHA!

Do not trust Sulekha. They provided me with fake IT company informations & I ended up losing money.

I used Sulekha to book tickets for "A.R. Rahman Live In Concert 2020 - Bay Area" on 21-Feb-2020 and paid a total of $3,162.82 for the tickets including the Service Fees for Sulekha. On 02-Apr-2020, I received the message from Sulekha saying that the event was canceled with the following message. “Dear Customers, Hope all is well at your end and you are staying safe indoors. We have announced the postponement of the show on May 30th, 2020. We are actively working on new dates. If anyone asks for refunds, we will refund as per state and federal guidelines. Any tickets bought will be valid on new dates. As soon as we have finalized the new date we will share with you. "The A.R. Rahman show at the Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum scheduled for on May 30, 2020 is being postponed in light of the recent health crises of #COVID-19. Stay tuned for a new date to be announced. Any tickets bought on Sulekha for May 30, 2020 will be valid for the new date. We look forward to celebrate AR Rahman's music together soon. A.R. Rahman at Oakland Arena, Oakland, CA Kash Productions Nederlander Concerts. Regards,Sulekha Team & Organizer's Team.” On 07-Apr-2020, I sent an email requesting for a refund for which I got a response saying that the money will be refunded in 20-25 days. It is July’2020 now and still I HAVEN’T RECEIVED PAYMENT. I have followed up multiple times which has been ignored. The event organizers are Kash Productions LLC & Nederlander Concerts. I asked for a refund to my credit card ASAP. I launched a compliant with BBB and Sulekha responded to BBB saying that they can't refund the money to my credit card because it is more than 120 days since the transaction happened due to which they need ACH account details. I provided ACH details as well on 06-Jul-2020 to Sulekha. They responded saying they will refund but still haven't heard from them nor have they deposited the money. As of the minute, I'm posting this compliant, no money has reached my account. They have no regard for the customers and extremely dubious! I'm surprised that they get away by defrauding people with so much money in the USA.

Sulekha is a criminal aap. Cheating is their profession. They are here only to spoil your money. They earn 3times with single lead. They send same lead in 3person and earn from all of 3 professional. They are cheating with everyone. They should be behind the bar. I will fill a case against them. Please don't give a single money to them. Don't do buissness with them.

Please stay away from scam calls for training and placement from Sulekha. All staff well trained to trap and your money. They will get anything from $50 to $800. Once you pay money, forget about it. It is a big scam. Staff talks very nicely, especially targets GC, USA Citizens, like people who want to find IT jobs. All those people talk in same style, gives you confident that $125 per hour billing rate, tells you they have job ready, some mock interview. You just have to join in couple of months, already existing staff gave notice to leave, manager looking for good resource. Or Infosys got big project, due to COVID, implementation stopped, looking for new resources. Please save your money, do not fall for this traps.

I have purchased tickets for a show which was cancelled, it’s been almost 4 months and still I didn’t get refund. Initially I got an email stating I will get my refund in 10-15 business days, which never happened. They are not answering any phone calls or emails. I doubt now I will get my money back. Even the event organizer tried to contact them regarding refund but they also didn’t get any information. I am not going to buy anything from Sulekha. I’m done with them. I recommend event organizers to use another platform t ok sell your tickets 😡😡😡

This guys are fake.. they don’t provide the service what they committed bfor making payment. These guys are making fool everyone to get them registered with them. Their customer care does not exist as well. Don’t get registered with this company..

One of the Worst Portals. Stay away from Sulekhs. No.1 Cheaters. Till they get money they will run behind you. Once the amount is cleared. They will never look back. Service after Sales very worst.
