Sulekha.com is one of the fraud company who are selling fake leads and commit the things which they never serve, In my case I have taken computer rental package of Rs. 12000/- and I have got approx. 174 leads but when I Subscribed this package I have clearly told the executive that we serve for corporate and companies only not to any individual, but when my package activated all the leads coming were from individual customers and when I used to call them no one seems to be genuine, that means these guys manipulate the things and sale the package. Now when I asked to refund my balance amount then these guys are telling me that refund is not possible whereas if my account is showing balance amount then refund of that amount should be possible I think. From this whole episode I learnt that SULEKHA.COM is a big fraud and beware while dealing with these guys. Thank You.

Worst place for lead generation.....waste of money they will eat your money but do nothing. Total scam worst staff and customer support system. Invested 12000 and no lead was generated.

The ratio of genuine to ingenuine leads is 1:10. Out of the 50 leads I have received 5 would've been genuine, rest you can interpret. Customer support is worst, really! Once I told my account managers(there were 2 people who kept on switching don't know why and one who sold the deal to me ) about the irrelevant leads I was getting. They stopped responding to my calls, each one of them. No follow-ups. No responses. hell of an experience to me. During the first month if you get any irrelevant leads and you put up the feedback they scrap it so easily. Just with the feedback. But as you cross that 1-month money-back guarantee period, you start receiving notifications that our team will check and you can see the response within 3 days. This is just too bad. You should not invest in Sulekha.

Sulekha is a scam. They put up an event in sulekha.com to host new years party, which I bought. After few days they cancelled it and I did not get a full refund. When I called the organizer, they told that the event is cancelled but not sure why Sulekha has it still on their website.

Don't advertise on Sulekha, they are scam.

I wanted to take a paid property advt in Sulekha. I was asked to mention the MAINTENANCE COST (MC) for my property. When I said that there is no MC, they refused to post my advt. Then I reduced the rent and added the MC. But opting for paid subscription was very cumbersome process. I opted for a free subscription. I hardly got just a couple of contacts. Then I got a tenant from other sources. Now even if I disable my advt, I am still getting SMSes from Sulekha. I called them and requested them to delete all my records from their website, so that I don't get any message from them. Even after one week, they just can't delete my records from their website and I keep getting nonsense messages from them. So be careful while posting any advt in Sulekha. You will be getting promotional messages endlessly, which are of no use to you. One of the worst company to deal with.
