Canceled my order, even my card was charged and still didn't received refund, don't order from here

I paid for 3-day express shipping for $29.99 and come to find out their "procedures" do not include weekends for deliveries (No where on the checkout page do they specify that weekends are not included in the 3-day express shipping). I messaged a customer service operator about this and asking if I could be reimbursed for the shipping cost because I will receive my package around the same time as the free delivery option (3-6 Business Days) and I was told "I will let our team know about your advice. For this particular order, I won't be able to waive the shipping fee since the package is on the way already." Feels like they just con you and once they get paid they don't really care about servicing their customers. Will definitely not be purchasing on here again and will not recommend anyone I know to do so.

you cannot inform a customer that you have his selection and size in stock, and then inform them the next day that the product is NOT Available. This is a sorry and unacceptable way to do business. Shortly after I ordered the suit, I ordered a matching tie from another vendor BEFORE I got the call that the suit was unavailable. This vendor needs a quick lesson in INVENTORY DUE DILIGENCE so customers aren't scammed into ordering a suit, then having it QUICKLY suggested to them in the same breath that a comparable item is available at the same price. Awful close to "bait and switch" and I will never do business with them again after already purchasing two suits!...
