The package was expediently delivered. Great price and great service.

1) Still processing 5 days after ordering. First call to management, ask then to inquire to the warehouse to know when package was sent. No answer. 2) Second call 1 day later. Management confirmed suitcase has been sent and that I would receive it in 2 days. Didn't receive it. (online: order still processing) 3) Finally received the suitcase today, 2 days after I was supposed to receive it. (message online: order still processing !!!). Information to client should be more precise. Shipping should be done quicker. Thank you.

I ordered this case and then I got this email to say the case is no longer available would I like another color, I look on the site and confirm the other color and hey presto it is delivered, no problems just good old fashioned service.
