Excellent price and quick sevice

The bag I selected was actually out of stock, although the website allowed me to order it. A little disappointing, but the communication was prompt and delivery of an alternative was super fast.

I can't wait to use my new suitcase. I love the ease with which it rolls and the room inside it. It looks like it will stand up to the abuse it will get from the airlines!

Order from Suitcase.com frequently for our company. Always treated with respect and shipping is fast and accurate. If suitcase.com has question about order they call immediately and get order together. Great selection and terrific prices! Have placed orders with other luggage online companies with sad results. Items were on back order and didn't notify me of this until I called to see why order was shipped incomplete.

Bought the Travelpro 21" spinner suitcase. Rec'd email that my order was being 'processed', but it took several days for the item to be shipped. I contacted the representative, and was told the item was being shipped from Travelpro ... I guess it wasn't in stock at Suitcase.com? The shipping box was crushed on one corner,. Plus the entire box was covered in clear shipping tape, like someone knew the box wasn't sturdy enough in the first place. The suitcase did not appear to be damaged inside the shipping box, so I didn't have to return it. I usually buy from Amazon Prime, but they did not offer this particular suitcase.
