I recently purchased a Roncato suitcase from suitcase.com and it was smooth and what it was supposed to be. I had been researching the product and called to confirm some information on the size, I then ordered it online, the product was delivered as promised and it was exactly as expected. It is refreshing when someone does what they say they are going to do with no unexpected surprises. Keep up the good work. Thank you for your help. J.P.

Their price for Samsonite suitcases was unbeatable. Although they didn't have the color I originally wanted, I was happy with the blue. The shipping was amazingly fast. Everything arrived in good condition. I can't wait to use them next month.

Suitcases.com had the lowest price around on the Samsonite Spinner 2 that I wanted and the shipped it for free. It came quickly and is just what I wanted. You should definitely check them out when you're in need of luggage.

There was some confusion when I placed my online order and I had to then do it over the phone with their customer service dept. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. I just received the 3 suitcases I ordered today and they came in perfect condition and were exactly like they had been pictured. We have had Travelpro bags before and they are great quality. I would highly recommend these new Maxlite3 bags as they are ridiculously light weight which is exactly what we were looking for.

They have a good selection of suitcases. The ordering process was easy and it shipped for free. We had the suitcase in less than 1 week. Great Value. Highly recommend this site.

I've placed 2 different orders at this site and the orders always, always take such a long time. I tried to call and inquire and didn't receive good customer service. When I finally if I ever receive my last piece, won't be back again.

Alicia, I see that you placed two orders with suitcase.com. The first order was placed on Saturday March 8th, and was shipped on Tuesday March 11th only one business day after you ordered these cases. The second order was placed on March 26th and the next day we informed you of a delay in processing this order as the stock for two weeks. You agreed to wait for this order. We are still on schedule for shipping later on this week. Tracking will be provided as agreed. These all ship from the east coast so the shipping time California is 5 business days. If we could be of further assistance please let us know. Best regards, John

I ordered a set of Samsonite's suitcases as I'm traveling back to Denmark from the States and I have a lot more stuff now, than I took with me here. I found this site as easy and cheap. The delivery was really fast! :-)
