I ordered a Samsonite Silhouette Sphere Spinner Boarding Bag. Love it, as it's perfect for a just a few days travel and easy to carry on flights. Husband saw it and used it before I could, so had to order another one a week later! Great price, no shipping or sales taxes and fast service. I live on the other side of the country, so when I ordered it on Sunday and received it the following Saturday, I was very pleased. Will definitely purchase again and soon!

I ordered a suitcase on the website. I kept checking my order status online and it kept telling me "processing". After six days I called and the rep told me I should have received an e-mail two days earlier telling me the item was out of stock and on back order. I asked him to resend me the e-mail. What I received was a new e-mail from him apologizing for the delay in availability. The item is supposed to become available again next week, so I am waiting to see. Meanwhile, I checked the website today and the item is still shown as available for purchase with no mention of the back order situation. My order status is still shown as "processing". It all seems a bit odd to me.
