La recomiendo

Rápido, servicio seguro y económico, gracias

Excelente costumer service y precios.

The service works well, with some minors defects. Offers are not available for existing consumers, so looks like they don't value permanent clients.

There is a supposed promotion for first time clients, which does not really applies. I tried to get used of it and was told I couldn't because the cubacel number was associated with another account. So, is the promotion about us being first client new account created, or about the cubacel phone number being first time used by any account in the WHOLE WORLD? They are just advertising a service they are not providing. Very disrespectful to the customers and even unlawful. What a pity... we Cubans should be more United than ever and more helpful than ever during these very hard times.
