I have the silver contract with suburban propane for the propane boiler in my house. Last week a power surge from Rockland Electric destroyed the computer in the boiler. I called them and they sent Jeff out to take a look. He was absolutely fantastic. He found the problem. He spoke to Rockland Electric. Then he ordered the part and got it and brought it back to the house and quickly repaired the boiler. He was extremely polite and attentive. What a hard-working employee!
