Suburban PropaneReviews of suburbanpropane.com

We switched from fuel oil to propane and needed propane installation/delivery on short notice. The ladies I dealt with in PA were helpful, courteous, and kept all commitments for what Suburban could do. They were very responsive to our timeline, even adding an extra tank at no charge when we underestimated tank size. I just compared the price we last paid to the average PA price and Suburban was significantly lower. I wish the other reviewers would indicate the location of the problem and not blame the entire company; there is always one bad apple or two, but not in Northern PA.

prompt on time service!

had a great experience with Austin at the Boise Idaho Franklin site, very polite, knowledgeable, patient in literally assembling custom modifications for my outdoor BBQ I desired allowing me to connect either to my " stub out " source on the deck from my buried tank, or connect to a small 5 gallon tank in the garage in bad weather!! receptionist also very accomodating!

As a new customer, requiring propane for our newly built home, we were impressed with the professionalism and efficiency provided by Suburban Propane's installer, Scott Burns. Scott checked out every inch of our new propane line from the tank location to the actual cooktop burners. When Scott left, we knew we had a safe and viable product. Thank you, Suburban.

angel came out from suburan propane,he was great fix my oven i have and old oven really need a new one but right now.very nice guy.so glad he help fixed my oven for now, thank you angel god bless you.

I recently had a delivery from suburban. I was very happy with Brain, the delivery guy. He was very nice and I enjoyed talkin 2 him very much. I would luv 2 have him as my reg del guy, if I decide 2 stay. I was a day early with my delivery and, they charged me 195.00. I was very unhappy with that. I've been a customer for over 2yrs I believe and with the weather the way it's been, if I need another early del, I don't wanna pay that fee again but I am happy with the people that work with me. 2 b honest I will b shopping around 4 another company, I just hate 2 leave Colleen,Stephanie and all the other;s who have been so nice and helpful.

I have been charged $64.51 by Suburban Propane because I have not used and gas in over a year. My inquiry was met with a statement that "you have not used any gas in over a year and we are in the business of selling gas." Incredible! They refused to waive the charge and said they could not pay me for the full tank of gas I already have. I told them to come and pick up the tank. Warning to others!!!!!!

I just became a Suburban propane customer. I rent a 120 gallon tank from them. The Suburban Tec Jeff that installed my propane tank went the extra mile to make sure my propane tank was level and parallel to my building. Jeff was very professional courteous and checked my propane lines for any possible leaks. The women in the Suburban propane office are very knowledgeable about the products they sell along with being helpful in setting up my account.
