I ordered this box April 15 2020
I ordered this box April 15 2020. It arrived May 14. I was so excited when it came in. I had everything set up. Ready to install my subs, sub grills, and put it in my truck. I got the subs in. (2 sundown audio x8 v3s) I went to install the bar grills on it like the ones pictures on this products page and they will NOT fit! The holes were cut way too close to each other, to the top and side. There is NO WAY to attached 8" subwoofer bar grills on this subwoofer box as it is now. Highly upset about this as I ordered the grills because of the ones in the pictures on this products page. The box performs like it should. Sounds great. Contacted subthump.com on 5/15/20. On 6/4/20, still no reply. I had to fabricate something to protect my speakers. I dont expect to hear anything from them. Very poor professionalism. I would have rated a little higher had they contacted me and at least apologized for not adjusting the holes correctly for the subs to accommodate grills.
