I placed an order and even received a confirmation email. After waiting for a long time, I decided to check on my order, only to find it suddenly missing from the order history. Money gone, no notification about delivery or cancellation. Extremely unprofessional.

I wish I could give them LESS THAN 1 star. As I placed an order, paid IN FULL. Then without a single message, phone call or email. THESE PEOPLE CANCELED MY ORDER! I will be purchasing a box elsewhere.

I ordered a custom fit box for a 3rd generation Camaro ( IROC-Z ) to support 12 inch subwoofers on July 21. The website said it usually takes 4 weeks to deliver. I never created an account, I just proceeded to check out, directed to PayPal to complete transaction. With 4 weeks come and gone, I decided to inquire about my purchase. I emailed, got an IMMEDIATE response from the owner Steve with a snarky reply. Saying, he can't find me in the system. I sent him a copy of my bank draft showing where PayPal took funds from my account to pay Subthump. And then there was silence! I replied back August 31, to find some resolution to their oversight, still silence, no reply. I wished I would have read reviews on them before doing business, I would have never done so. Before the Labor Day holiday, I will contact my financial institution and PayPal to get an immediate refund. Then report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I would advise anyone reading this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unprofessional company.

These folks have terrible customer service post sale. I ordered a box that was listed as available. Funds were immediately withdrawn. Waited over a week for them to supply a shipment date. Finally contacted them and received feedback 3 days later. Turns out they had not even started my box. Asked for the order to be canceled twice. I finally received a very short message “consider it canceled” from Steve the owner. Well it took a PayPal case to get my money back in the end. Don’t waste your time or money with these people!

I ordered my box and waited and waited. Never gave me an email of when it would be ready. So I emailed them, never answered. Called multiple times, one time got told that they would call me back, never did. So a couple days later got a hold and they said they cancelled my order. I asked why and they said it just had, I asked if it was my card, and they said no, we just cancelled it. They literally are the worst business I ever attempted to do business with. Plus they change reviews on their website if you leave any to make them look good.

Been buying boxes here since 2010 and been happy. Ordered a box for my new 2018 F250 and though the website lists the box as 2008 and up, it DOES NOT fit 2018 with some changes they made to the rear seat area. Seems when there is a problem the owner, Steve, does not like to take responsibility for it. Nonchalant attitude and no willingness to correct the box or make a new one that would fit. Had to do a chargeback with my card company because of no refund after the box was returned. Horrible service and needless to say will never be buying any products from Subthump. I was very disappointed how I was treated as a long time customer.
