I ordered an item on June 14. I have requested information on delivery. Was told to track the item. The tracker shows that it was received by shipper on July 12. That is all I know. I have not received a reply to the last six emails I’ve sent to subsistenced.com support. Think before your order from them. They are not reliable and non-responsive.

Never received product !!! Delivery receipt said it was delivered to my home . Company told me to check my bushes and around the house and check with my neighbors. Repeated messages received about checking with delivery company with tracking numbers but none of them able to be tracked . These messages have went on for approximately 6 weeks and now they state they are no longer responsible for my order , including refunding or replacing this item. If i could give it a minus star i would .

Very nice experience i have had. Communication was huge with this company They provided tracking all through out the process until delivery. It was much appreciated. The outcome is a beautiful eye liner. Very nice, work s well

I used the brown pencil today and it did not go on as easily and someone asked me what was wrong with my eyes because they were not enhanced. Will let you know how the black pencil works.

my order was split in two and I only received 1 pkg with 2 shorts. Did not fit and I want to return them but was offer $9 for this issue. I want a refund and am not getting anywhere with the customer service. The complaint of the service rep is that the order number does not match. I sent pictures of my Waybill and SKU code of both items. Very frustrated. I just want my refund. I have alot of other products I ordered and now concerned that this is how the service is going to be.
