This is a terrible company. I placed an order and received information tracking that showed a very slow process from overseas to US. The "updates" indicated that my order sat in US customs but not in one location. I emailed a request for an update and days later I got "it was delivered". It was NOT. After several back and forth emails with them I went to my local post office with the information I was given and the post office explained that the delivery codes were wrong. They see this type of thing on SCAMS. So, Please do not engage any type of transaction with this company. I didn't put in all the details but you get the idea.

The package came sooner than I expected it. The product is as advertised, and it very refreshing.

Fast, accurate tracking.

I ordered an eyeliner from this company which was advertised on Instagram. I paid the asking price. They sent a tracking number. Every time I check, the tracking says it is in transit since. I ordered this item June 16. Today is July 27, 2026. Nothing has been delivered. No advance notice is given in tracking. I have emailed several times and do not get a reply. They have my money and I do not have my order. Be careful with this company. They are not reliable and do not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Item received. Idk if it worked but I did run it through the washer. Probably did. I only do one load of laundry about every 8 or so days so my huge Maytag is in great condition. I only gave it a 4 rating because it took FOREVER to arrive. Shipped from China, unfortunately, just like just about everything else even though the companies APPEAR to be American. Very disappointed by that.
