Took along time to receive the top.

Ordered the bras 6/16/26, today is 7/24/26... still nothing. I have received several different correspondence of tracking. When it said delived I was excited to get home. NOTHING. Still contacting co. so far bogus tracking #s and several different ones. Post office states - no such tracking and even contacted Fed Ex & UPS. BOGUS COMPANY!

LOVE the products! I use the eyeliner and mascaras. I’m 53 and they look great on. Very complimentary even on older perimenopausal eyes. 🤗😉 overseas delivery didn’t take too long either.

I hate this hat nothing like what shows on internet! I’d like to return!

I received my order very timely and really appreciate it. BUT my order is too small and awaiting a response from an email requesting the process needed for a return or possible an large size if available. This email went out yesterday afternoon, so I am be patient to see if I get a response. So far, not yet.

Shipping took forever, and when my order never arrived, the company told me it was my burden to contact the shipper to resolve the issue. Do not order from this company. You will never get your items and they will not help you resolve the issue.

Do not order anything from this company. They do NOT uphold their exchange nor refund policies. They don’t back their Customer Satisfaction promise. My experience with them was a disaster. So unprofessional, definitely not dealing with an American Co for the em correspondence was very weak in sentence structure, grammar, & lack of comprehension of issues. Their products do not reflect what is advertised & they will not address any of your concerns. I even tried writing a letter to the person and address that was displayed on the package that arrived. The letter immediately was returned, indicating no such person, no such address. This company is fraudulent. Don’t get scammed like I did. The crochet top I bought cost $46.78, it was defective, they refused to exchange it or allow me to return it, they offered me a $4 compensation refund. I thought it was a typo, but sadly they were serious. That was insulting !!!!
