I would leave zero stars if I could. I never received my order, and despite reaching out to the company several times, they continue to blame the shipping company. Meanwhile, they have kept my money and have neither offered a refund nor replaced the items I paid for. Their lack of accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Going round and round with customer service. First tracking # was a “glitch”. They sent another one that showed it had been delivered to my address. Went to the post office and was told that the number was bogus and it was not delivered to my address. When confronted with the evidence, they said they would re-send the merchandise. I finally received 1/2 of my order, but they said they sent the entire order and too bad, so sad. They offered a 20% refund. Do not buy from this company.

Easy to order and a great product. Took about three weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait. The stacking containers keep the fruit fresh much longer.

Thus far, I have not received my package at all. The last shipping update shows that the item is at a shipping warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan. That was on August 6th, with no further updates. I live in central Texas. Attempts to reach customer service has got me nowhere. The help email address doesn't even allow it to be clicked on or entered. I need a refund ASAP.

Never delivered product since June swears they did. Do not buy and be scammed like we were. We have been fighting with them for months.
