I was unable to get an answer if the…
I was unable to get an answer if the part I received was used, I feel if it was I should not have paid full price of a new part. The valve body I received had quite a bit of transmission fluid leaking through packaging, making me think I received a used part.

Bad insecure packaging was used
Ordered two sets of windshield wipers. They came in a some sort of impromptu package (they taped two small boxes together in order to fit the wipers). When package arrived, the tape was loose such that the two boxes were not holding together. The contents were out. Only one set of wipers arrived. Not sure if one set was lost during the transit or only one set was shipped.

Part fit check when ordering did not work
When I ordered my part, your website confirmed that the part fit my VIN. After my order went out, I was informed that the part did not fit my VIN. I had to cancel part of my order and get a different part suggested, via a seperate order. As a a result my shipping costs went up, since I had 2 seperate orders. Subaru parts deal reached out to me after my comments. I appreciate that. I should have added a caveat to my original post..... this is the 1st time out of many orders that there has been any issues. My other experiences have all been positive. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I called multiple times …
I called multiple times and left a message to verify that I was ordering the correct part for my car and I never received a call back. Luckily it was the correct part and I didn’t have to go through a return process. Item arrived quickly and fit my car perfectly.

Looked like a used part.
The PCV valve was fine, but my downstream 02 sensor blue bag was ripped open. The top plastic part of the bag was was completely open and it looked like it was used

Interesting
Purchased an OEM fuel tank cap for a Forester which functioned as intended. Unfortunately, I cannot login to SubaruPartsDeal.com with the email address which TrustPilot used to send the email requesting this "opinion"/survey. It would be troubling if the account created to purchase the part was deleted. Created an account today with the same email.
