My name on credit card is Åkerman. Your PAYPAL do not accept Å and credit card not A so I can not buy anything from Your company because of this. I need parts:901000201*8, x-x250*4, x-x248*2, x-x221*2 (x-x means 901000) My name:John Krister Åkerman, Finland,Porvoo/Emsalö 06950 Phone:358504057197

If could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a transfer case that said complete, diagram showed it, it shipped and received, then was ONLY the case, no bearings, nothing. Called to return, they said "We can't return it because it has electronic sensors." Explained it was the case only and finally got a RMA#. When returned, they charged a restocking fee and the complete moron on the phone said, "what was shipped was the replacement part and doesn't include everything." THEIR OWN PEOPLE THOUGHT IT WAS COMPLETE WHEN TRYING TO GET A RMA#. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever.

The o rings I ordered were the wrong size.

I ordered from them a couple of times. They were less expensive and the parts have been good. The second time I tried to return the part. It has been weeks and they keep giving me the run-around. A lot of paperwork, 20% restocking fee and a return policy that only lawyers would appreciate. Next time I will pay more. Shaky company.

I ordered parts a week ago and paid for them. Never shipped, no updates, just zero. I called them and a lady said they were shipping today (friday) and I would get an email and tracking. Zero. I called again (monday) and a lady said she don't know and I asked if they actually sold parts? She said "no" and I said okay just an intermediary. So? The prices listed are a little better but if you actually want parts I would NOT buy here. A real headache if you need your car to drive.

Sent the wrong part. In addition, the box was torn open, a part was bent, and it looked like the box was resealed many times. I started an RMA the day it arrived. First they said it was the right part and blocked me from replying to the RMA. Then I started a new one and mentioned a part was bent. They denied the RMA because they don't cover damaged parts after 5 days out. For 2 weeks they were impossible to reach without someone hanging up on me or ending a chat. I'm now stuck with a $310 part that I can't use and can't return. It seems they make money by scamming people!!

Ordered a factory clutch disc and cover. After replacing clutch and release bearing, there was an loud squealing noise from clutch area. Took it apart again and replaced another release bearing and a pilot bearing, still squealing, took apart again and looks like disc is out of tolerance, 30 day limit for an RA expired, ended up installing a Chinese knock off from napa

Ordered parts online, Sunday 2/25/2024. Entered my VIN as requested, to make sure the parts I ordered were correct. Did not receive a confirmation email. My credit card was charged. 2 days later, Tuesday 2/27, I sent a message thru their website asking the status of my order. The message portion asked for an order number, was never given one yet my credit card was charged. It's now early Wednesday morning, still no response. So far wasted 3 days and my parts aren't even shipped yet. Couldn't easily find a phone number on their help portion of the website. I really like Mr. Subaru1387 videos, he recommended this website. Will be rethinking this going forward
