Regarding your inquiry, our order issue policy states that any issues, defects, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can properly investigate and assist. Upon review, we found that your order was placed in November of last year, which is approximately 5 months ago. As a result, it falls outside of our return eligibility window. Additionally, our return policy requires that items be returned within 30 days of delivery and in unused/unopened condition to qualify for a return. If you have a recent order that falls within our return window, please reach out to us so that we can offer you the best support. The code you shared with us was not our typical code. We requested that you forward us the email with this code you received so that we could investigate but you have not shared that with us. We still provided you with one of our codes to ensure your satisfaction, which you are free to use on your next order.
