I have ordered maybe 8 times now and each time the parcel has been delivered on time usually a week. A lot of the negative reviews are due to the courier service or the country customs which is not really in the control of this company. The products are always well packaged and genuine products. They have good deals and I can’t fault them. Most people will only do reviews if they have had a bad experience so it skews the results. I’m writing this (no I don’t work for them) because you are missing out if you don’t try them, but hey if you want to pay double the price somewhere else then that’s up to you. I am happy and would recommend

Zamawiałam dwa razy, wysyłka trwa 2-3 dni, a transport ok. 3 dni. Paczka bardzo dobrze zapakowana. Ceny nie zawierają podatku VAT, ten trzeba zapłacić przed odbiorem. (Dodatkowo płatny jest vat od transportu, który nalicza DHL, trzeba się przygotować na kwotę +50 zł w górę, w zależności od wagi paczki).

I have placed and received 3 orders so far with StyleKorean. All arrived a little sooner than expected, in perfect condition and exactly what I had ordered. The prices of the beauty boxes and timed deals are absolutely incredible. Great quality, practical & highly usable products are included in these offers. Sometimes, when such a promotion has been big, there can be a few days wait until orders are posted. I really don't mind this at all. The offers are so popular because the value is exceptional. As my orders are £60 or over I currently get free p&p anyway, which is DHL Express. Great, fast international courier service. I'm 100% delighted with both the skincare products I have received and StyleKorean's service.

The prices are great, the delivery is quick. A few times I had changed my mind on items soon after ordering, and the customer service replied quickly and changed the order as I requested. It's always nice when the customer service is not a bot, and they actually listen to what you're saying. Since last year I made 3 orders, and now I have 2 more on the way thanks to the 10th anniversary promotions. The influencer and StyleKorean boxes are especially great. Everything arrives in good condition and with DHL it arrives quick. The only thing I would say, but that isn't the fault of StyleKorean, is that due to import taxes and processing, I can rarely take advantage of the bigger discount codes since I have to stay under the limit (if I go over ~76 USD I have to pay ~30 USD in import duties). So be mindful and check the regulations of your country in advance. Thank you StyleKorean for your great store and service! And extra thanks to the customer service team!

After reading the reviews from this website, I was afraid to order, but decided to take the risk. I placed an order for the minimum for free shipping amount (60 USD), and after applying all the promo codes, it turned out to be 48 euros. I ordered to Germany, so I knew about the additional payments, but I didn't know exactly how much they would be. The order was delivered exactly one week after the order was placed (March 5th - March 13th). I had to pay the import VAT - about 12 euros, and DHL also charged 12.5 euros (+2 euros VAT) for its customs clearance services.

I was worried after reading soo many negative reviews of the website, and I almost wanted to cancel my order, but after ordering my first skincare advent calendar the product arrived amazingly, I'm unable to describe how happy I was to receive real Korean skincare products, since I already had many before so I could compare, overall amazing, I'm really happyyy

Zamówie do Polski doszło w 4 dni. Za zamówienie zapłaciłam ponad 800zł razem z wysyłką DHL za 50€ (już po rabacie od calosci -30% wiec wysylka wyszla za darmo). Po przylocie do Europy doliczyli mi cło 170zł. Przeliczając jednostkowe ceny zamówionych produktów znacznie bardziej się to opłacało niż kupienie tych produktów w sklepach lokalnych. Paczka dobrze spakowana. Polecam.
