Beställde en hoodie hos Stussy som såg ut att vara ett svenskt företag. Fick ingen bekräftelse men pengarna drogs från ett konto i Philadelphia. Jag spärrade mitt kort omedelbart för säkerhets skull. Vid inloggning på hemsidan kommer ständigt nya uppdateringar om försändelsens alla förlopp från packning till shipping men paketet kommer aldrig fram. Köpet gjordes i Mars och det är nu September men varan skickades troligen aldrig.

My shirt from Stussy finally arrived, but I had to wait almost 3 weeks…

Cercavo una felpa con la scritta “Sussy” e il primo risultato su Google era “Stussy.com”. Fidandomi, sono stata indirizzata su “stussy-italia.eu”, dove la felpa era scontatissima e con un'offerta del 5% sul primo acquisto. L'importo da pagare era 70,46€, ma al pagamento è salito a 76,01€ per le spese di spedizione. Dopo aver confermato il pagamento con carta Revolut, mi sono stati scalati 87,52€. Poco dopo, ho ricevuto un'email che spiegava che l'importo aggiuntivo era dovuto a una commissione bancaria e che il pagamento era stato elaborato da un fornitore di servizi di pagamento terzo. Sul sito, l'ordine risultava "pending" senza possibilità di intervento. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti di Stussy Europa e Revolut, descrivendo l'accaduto. Dopo quasi un mese di richieste, Revolut mi ha informato che l'ordine era stato contestato e mi arrivò un’email da uno shop che diceva che avrei ricevuto il rimborso entro due settimane. Fortunatamente, il giorno successivo i soldi sono stati rimborsati sul mio conto. Consiglio vivamente di contattare subito la propria banca in caso di truffa da siti come questo.

tutto come da copione raccontato dalle altre recensioni… peccato non averle lette prima perché il sito sembrava proprio originale addebito maggiore dell’importo e felpa ordinata più di un mese fa mai arrivata

although I’ve bought 75 T-shirts on the site when dealing with their customer service so horrible experience you get a generic response and if you escalate to harsher words they blockyou . no telephone Communication Service they won’t respond to written correspondence just very poor customer service .I dealt with stussy for years got to know their other customer service team nice people the way they ran their department. the customer service team was 100% different and this is four or five years ago. if you have a problem, you can send the T-shirt back.they may refund your money if not, you take it off your credit card and then their block you if you hassle the customer service people they won’t respond to any written correspondence. worst customer assistance I’ve ever dealt with. I sent a letter with a copy of all the purchases I made on their site which is somewhere between 75 and 80. I asked them to call me because I was having a problem with my credit card. Somehow I got blocked and then because I raised my voice to customer service people blocked me what a nightmare.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of Stussy. I made a big order of €500 and wanted to return everything except for a t-shirt. I used the return service via loop returns and payed 7€ for the return label. I have proof that I sent my package and that it was delivered, however they say that it was not received by the return department and they will not pay my money back. I have sent several emails asking them to help me, however all I get is that they wont issue a refund and that I have to contact my bank if I want to escalate it further. I called the bank and they cannot do anything for me. Extremely bad service!!!!
