They sent me the wrong item that cost me $9 shipping then made me pay $10 return shipping. They will not return any comments on it. They only promise a response in 48 hrs. which they don't do. I even tried live chat with no response. Would not risk another purchase with them.

Purchased 2 items online from Stussy.com on July 29th. Items were delivered on August 5th. My family and I were on vacation when the items arrived. When we arrived home on August 23rd, my son tried on the items. Wanted to keep one but didn't like the jeans that cost $160.00. I went onto the website the following day trying to return the item, but it said that it had to be returned within 7 days. I sent an email to the support contact on August 24th as there is no phone number for contact. Today, September 17th and I still have not had a reply to my email and now I am stuck with $160.00 pair of jeans that will never be worn. Horrible experience. I would never order from this company again!

I hate this company. Not only did they tell me that it was MY responsibility to file a claim with an item THEY SHIPPED (ummm— no) now they have the nerve to tell me my payment are PAST DUE for the same product that I returned. Worst experience ever. And their products are wayyyy overpriced.

Terrible experience. Paid £5 delivery for a tee. Followed the size chart and measurements before ordering. The collar of the tee was incredible tight. They didn’t have measurements for this. They don’t accept exchanges and returning costs £6 flat fee. If I want to ordena bigger size, need to pay another £5 and it might be still tight on the collar. Asked for help, very unhelpful answer. I won’t be ordering again from this company.

The agent submitted a request but couldn't guarantee success. When I followed up later, the representative was quite dismissive, telling me I just had to wait and hope. The next day, I messaged support again, only to receive a shipping confirmation moments later. Since I’m in Argentina, half the cost was non-refundable taxes and shipping; I now have the items and hope to resell them to recoup my losses

I ordered online from Stüssy and when my package arrived, it was ripped open and empty — none of the items I ordered were inside. I immediately emailed customer service, but received no response at all, not even an acknowledgment that my email was received. This has been very disappointing, especially given the price of the items. Poor delivery handling and lack of customer support. The product is not even cheap and then you get this kind off customer service

Ho scritto al servizio cliente stussy originale e mi hanno confermato che ho acquistato da un sito truffa
