Your unethical behavior is unacceptable. Charging my students for a product that does not work and then trying to give the minimum refund as you maximize profit for your organization at the expense of student satisfaction and learning is unacceptable from an instructor position. They sold a bundled book and simulation, the simulation was giving wrong feedback and stukent only refunded the simulation. What use is the book when it is a bundled product? My students wanted a refund for the entire bundle as the book was of little value without the simulation. Their ethical position is untenable in my professional opinion.

Stukent is something my college should show me up front that I need to pay for before taking a class. I pay thousands to learn from a professor and then he directs me to a software I could have just paid the 100 bucks to use outside of my college?? Ridiculous.

I had to use two Mimic programs for two college class and it was by far the worst part of both classes. Stukent actively makes me as a student discouraged from Content Marketing and Digital Media Analytics and I think it would be best for them to shut it down. I hate this

Old and inaccurate data throughout, complete lack of technical aspects in line with certification exam I already shared dozens of screenshots of inaccurate information. Nothing was done to correct it. When you include information that is 5, 7 even 10+ years old (statistics) about social media, you are missing the boat.

worst educational software out there - terrible elaborations and instructions which are needed to complete rounds, limited resources, terrible software and customer service too - stay away!

We haven't been able to use the resources at all. To get started has been very difficult. Paid for something we cannot use nor have used. I did try it using "teacher only" mode which is fine but nor recommending it since we can't use it even though we paid for it.

the question was 2 weeks ago. My class is just 5 weeks, and students only have 3 weeks for the simulation. I literally got the response when the simulation is over! Fine, I hope I can still use it for future students, but the support didn't answer the question.

Stukent dropped the ball with the new update on the Mimic Pro Digital marketing simulation. I have been using it for four years now and it has fallen in quality. When you have 250 online students who are working and a two-week course, technical issues and incomplete instructions are a nightmare. Specifically 1. Browser incompatibility- Some browser versions dont show the entire set of ad's that students ran, hence confusing them. 2. Some directions are given in the text in each round and it seems they are comprehensive, but some directions are subtly mentioned in a comment in the video in the round. 3. Some students are stuck with issues with no resolution. Their support is usually fast, but some things cant be solved by the support and require developer updates. 4. From an instructor perspective, the numbers on the leaderboard dont add up. The Revenue less costs is not matching with profits, and the return on Ad's spend is listed in the tens of thousands. I wish!
