Don't like being harassed for a review
Then after several notices, I decide to leave one but have to look up the item because you didn't list it on the review request. I appreciate that you want honest, constructive feedback. That could be better achieved if the review request is up to the consumer. Will you even read this because I left 5 stars? I did like the item. I picked out the item and you sent what I picked out. Well done. The only thing I'd change is bothering me about leaving a review. Constructive and no offensive language. This review is about my own genuine experience. Well done me. I followed the rules.

I am sorry truly sorry you felt harassed to leave feedback for us. That was definitely not our intention. Please understand that a positive online presence is incredibly important or a company like ours, especially in this day and age. To encourage all of our customers share their experiences, good and bad, we do send out an invitation to review our site as well as one follow up email. We also read and respond to every feedback left. With all that said, we do appreciate the 5 star rating.
