I like the product. I’ve had it maybe 6-8 weeks. My first quilt is still on the stand, which now in pieces. Needs to be made better. The rotating head has stripped out of the wood and will not stay in the stand. We are in the process of trying to buy a replacement piece of wood from the manufacturer. If that doesn’t work, we will have to figure out another solution. Buying another one is not an option, at all. Very disappointing. Very.

Took my money still haven't seen any product

The worst communication ever. Shipping was weeks late, and never received any accurate information when they did reply, which was only when I filed a dispute with PayPal. One of the worst sellers I have ever dealt with. Will never buy again, and I already told friends and family never to buy again. They are all designers and heavy craft buyers. Made sure they steered clear of these pathetic sellers who ignore you until you file a dispute. Simple good customer service and communication brings your customers back, even when issues arise. Never again buying from these clowns. Update 8/6: It’s funny that you respond right away on TrustPilot to try and cover your negative review, but don’t even inquire about the actaul experience. In a nutshell, you guys blew it. You told me it was on the way, when it wasn’t. You told me I could see the order status in my account, and I repeatedly told you I could not see it. I even sent screenshots. I don’t have a single email reply from customer service out of multiple email attempts trying to find out the status of the order, you only replied in Paypal, and you would wait days and days in between with limited selective replies. Not a single reply via email thru your customer service email or thru the site to contact. i sent multiple emails, not one reply. And yes, I got the item....it was paid for May 5th, and you waited until May 18th to ship the item. I still have the tracking number. You waited almost 2 weeks just to ship my order, and instead of telling me the order was delayed, you ignored my emails and just waited to ship. Your busness etiquette is pathetic, and the fact you try and make it sound like a regular order and no issue is disgusting. Don’t try to cover up the facts. I have the tracking information as well as when I ordered the item as well as the entire Paypal communication history of being told the order cannot be cancelled because it had shipped. Guess what? It never shipped for 13 days! And you ruined our project! Look at your review history. It is littered with the same complaints of extremely slow delivery, poor communication. You think it’s just me? Wake up. Side note, in communication in Paypal (because you would not communicate through your customer service email or through your website contact) not a single mention of a delay due to COVID, not one.

Will not use again. It took 5 weeks for me to receive my order. When I asked for status got the run around. I wanted to cancel my order and was told I couldn't cause it had been shipped!!! Couuld send back but did not want to hold up my credit card so I kept it.

Item not as described. Attempted to cancel second order before it shipped. Told after the fact that it had already after a lapse in conversation.

Really bad don't waste your time on this one.

Ordered a bunch of small, 1in. brass rings and they sent me two giant 10in rings....I'm guessing I won't hear back about a refund?

Stuff4Crafts is a horrible business. We never received our order even though this company said it had been delivered to our mailbox! They refused to refund us our money! We filed a complaint with Wal Mart as that is where we had ordered this material from. Don't buy anything from Stuff4Crafts!
