Took a bit to receve items. But with the virus it seems to slow everyone and items

Five stars for Customer Service for each time I had to contact them about my order, and also for shipping speed. 3.5 stars for how the order was shipped.. The shipping confirmation email indicated that everything was shipping, but didn't say that packages would be coming from several different sources, so I had to spend time tracking down everything, and ultimately one item was missing (which Customer Service handled beautifully). Was hesitatnt to order from this Co because I'd never heard of them before. Prices, Customer Service and shipping speeds were impressive, but now I still am concerned about actually getting things that were ordered. A communication fix re:multiple shipments and what's in each would likely resolve that for me on any future order.

Every thing was great

The site was easy to search and my order arrived promptly and in the as-advertised condition.

Love my stencil however, it was badly bent during shipping. I suggest stronger shipping materials for flimsy products.

Was very very happy with my order but there was a miss understanding about the shipping thought it was free over a certain amount but probley would order in the future

I have ordered two times from them. The first time it was packed well and arrived quickly. They had an item that I could not find anywhere else so I was pleased to get it. The second time there was a bit of bending at the corner - USPS delivered it - but I think I can work around the damage. It was delivered quickly as well.
