I can see that your order was placed on September 26, 2020, shipped on September 28, 2020 and delivered September 30, 2020. We believe that this is more than an acceptable turn around for an online order however I apologize if you were not pleased.

My order was lost in delivery. I requested a refund once it was deemed lost. They did issue a refund with no problem. The next day, the box arrived and it was empty. The end had been torn off. The post office had a sticker saying it arrived that way. It’s not the company’s fault and I realize that. But it was not a good experience.

New comment. Purchases were months ago, hv since found someone to give to. I do find it unrealistic that thise who do not have computers for wharever reason are discriminated, making purchases and live communications impossible. I know any number of people who have encountered this in their lives; and as they have the wear withal to spend, these companies are the losers. Life styles are not cooky cutter , nor are humans created to live and function in a man-made bubble. I am sorry you feel this is a life plan for your company. Thank you for your responce to my comment. Items were just what i ordered. BUT had to find someone to order as no computer, don't know how to use anyway. Very inconvenient as unable to use phone,( prefered communications method as i had questions). Ended with 1 expensive item didn't needbut no way to do anything about it. Prices goid but items were not reasonable to begin with. Would caution someone to investigate items because no assistance from your company.

The product I ordered was fine...once I received it. The first one they sent me was poorly boxed and it arrived with a giant gash in it. Once I reported it, S4C sent out a replacement, but it took a while for me to receive it, but perhaps it was due to COVID-19 delays with the carrier. In general, I noticed when shopping on the S4C site that some things are more deeply discount than others. Some things are significantly more expensive than other retailers. When shopping on the S4C site, make sure to do your price comparison homework!

Not the best description for the items I purchased. If I had known the actual size I would not have purchased as they were too small. Also one item I didn’t receive and another I item I didn’t order in place of another item

The products I bought are what I needed. They didn't put any 'no bending' sticker or anything on the package. So the mailman bent the package to put it in the mailbox. Effectively destroying the products I bought. The mail service is not liable for the damage without the sticker.

The letters were the right size but thicker than what I expected. They didn't match the letters I bought from the store. So I wasted money

the product is fine, the ordering was fine. The communication was a bit lacking, the statement on the website said 7-10 before shipping, but it was a lot longer than that and when I asked about my order I was told it was longer due to covid, but it still didn't' ship for a few days after that, yeah communication was a bit lacking and we can't blame covid for that, sorry

In regards to communication times, we do our best to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. I can see you initially emailed us on the evening of May 6, 2020. A response was sent on May 8, 2020, within this time frame.
