I have reviewed the communication with you in regards to the damaged item in your order. On May 8, 2021 you contacted us to inform us of the damage. On May 10, 2021, we responded asking for images of said damage. We did not receive the images requested from you until May 21, 2021. Upon receiving the images, we inquired if you would like a replacement or a refund. Not until June 2, 2021 did you respond indicating you would like a refund. The refund was then issued as requested.

I can assure you that all of our products are genuine and are shipped new from the manufacturer. I do apologize that the jar you ordered did leak in transit. While rare, it does happen on occasion. If you would please contact us at [email protected], we would be happy to issue a refund.

An email from you inquiring about your order was received by us 1 hour ago. We were not even given the time to respond as you immediately opened this complaint, as well as others on other sites. We always strive to offer the best customer service possible however we need our customers to give us the opportunity to do so. I have contacted FedEx and they are investigating the status of your order. Should it be found as lost, a full refund will be issued. Additional Info: Please understand that when contacting Overstock, you are not contacting Stuff4 Crafts but Overstock customer service so the first communication we received from you was on March 1, 2021. You were answered within 1 hour of writing in telling you that we were looking into this for you, which we have and you have now been refunded.

I am sorry you were not happy with your shipping time however your order was delivered within the shipping timelines outlined on our site. As per the shipping page on our website; "All of our orders are packaged and shipped out within 2-6 business days from our US warehouses." Shipping is then an additional 2 to 7 business days. Your order was placed on December 18, 2020 and was shipped December 21, 2020 and was then delivered on December 30, 2020.

I do apologize you were not happy with our service however as was explained, your communications were all received during our Christmas closure but were answered promptly once we reopened. The order was deemed lost in transit and was refunded. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your payment method.

As communicated, as the order was not purchased in association with an account, there would be no way for us to alter the address in any way. We also do not have any past orders on file for you. The order was shipped to the address as entered.
