Overall good experience. I would buy from this company again. A little difficult to find items and would have liked more variety and choice.

For what I was needing the twisted cord, the quality is not there. Some areas were loser twisted that others and some of the places in the cord looked snagged, but I would say that was during the production. Since the company's name is Stuff4Craft, I'm sure it work work well in that category.

The items and prices were great, and shipped quickly! The only issue is that my bank charged me a foreign transaction fee. Though the website says their warehouses are located in the United States, it seems the business itself is not.

I ordered a long quarter inch ruler which unfortunately was broken in several pieces on arrival. I took photographs and emailed straight away and had a response the following morning. I was offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose the refund and it was completed very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great service, great prices! Would order again. :) only trouble is i received the wrong color of sharpie but i didn’t report it cuz the color didn’t matter too much to me.

I will keep buying from stuff4crafts. All is good with only one exception and that was I bought some items paid for them and a few days later got notice that some items were not in stock and refunded money. So disappointed but glad that I was notified before I had received package. In all great site.
