I am sorry that you feel that this was your customer service experience with us. I have looked further into the case and have found that your first communication to us was on January 11, 2021 indicating that you received a 5 pack rather than a 10 pack of blades. Images were requested and once located, a replacement for the order was sent out on January 19, 2021. We always strive to provide the best customer service and to address all issues that come up in our feedback but in order to this, an honest recollection of events from our customers is imperative.

I do understand your disappointed that your order was shorted. Sometimes, at this time of year especially, popular items sell faster than our inventory system can update. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I do apologize however we have no record of the order being returned nor any communication indicating you were returning it. Please provide us with the return tracking and we will be happy to issue the refund.

I am sorry you are disappointed in the product. As the title indicates, these are chipboard rings which are suitable for household crafts. They are not solid wood. If you would like to return the rings, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to facilitate a return for you.
