so basically its just like perplexity ai but worse. it always glitches out, outputs the wrong language, site always lagging etc etc. the ai is awful like straight asscheeks. i told him to do the questions for me and it just did everything wrong and i knew it because it wasnt even the same subject anymore. my input was math and the output was history. SO DONT BUY IT!!

As a teacher, your students can only access one set of flash cards and then they have to pay for their own subscription. This company is trying to bleed $100 out of educators for zero purposes! 5/30/25 Update: The link you provided in your response says nothing new. You say you respect what teachers do but try to scam us out of money. Either refund my money or allow students to use my flash cards.... it is not that hard!!!!!!!

I’m a nursing student and absolutely loved the Tutor Me feature — I relied on it heavily to get through my studies. It’s one of the best learning tools I’ve found. Unfortunately, their billing system and customer support are a nightmare. I paid $141 for the annual plan, and shortly after, I was locked out of the Tutor Me feature with no warning. I was told I now had to pay an extra $30 to continue using it — but when I tried, the payment page was blank and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction. Once that was finally fixed, I paid the $30, only to be blocked again — this time from uploading any more materials, even though my premium plan includes unlimited uploads. As for support, they gave slow, copy-paste replies and never resolved anything. Out of desperation, I even tried a second account and paid again — and still couldn’t access what I needed. In total, I’ve spent over $200 on a broken system with no accountability. The feature is great, but the company behind it failed me completely — and at a very critical time in my semester, right before my exams. This kind of conversational AI tutoring is the future, and it’s only a matter of time before better platforms start doing it right. When they do, I’ll gladly take my business to a more professional, transparent, and well-run company that actually values its users.

worse app and platform, poor customer care, they refuse to give u refunds, u keep sending emails but they do not reply, save ur self and money and look for better and free alternatives.

Bugs everywhere - which make this program senseless I already paid $50 in two months - I started using it normally a week ago, at first it looks like a useful platform, but when you can't add a flash card for 15 minutes, because it just doesn't save, or it stores a couple of letters... and you write it all manually again... and again it doesn't start, For money I mentioned because I think that in two months (at least that I subscribed to them) - it was possible to allocate some resources to fix bugs, if you do not have a normal coder, then take it on a freelance, but no - they spend this money probably on advertising, to sneed people - ineffective service. Notes also makes a curve - like they're using the GPT version from 2022...

Je me suis abonnée à study fetch premium et j'en ai été très rapidement déçue. Le générateur d’explications est seulement en anglais et on ne peut pas télécharger de longues vidéos. De plus les test posent des questions qui ne sont même pas dans votre cours. J'ai demandé un remboursement et le service client m'a dit qu'il ne savait rien y faire. JE SUIS très déçue !!
