Disappointed and ripped off
I used study fetch to help create notes from PowerPoint slides and exam questions. With the notes, it would often skip content entirely, superfluous and useless info would be added into the detailed notes which would add pages unnecessarily. When i used this last year, it wouldn't recognise images, so any text embedded in a diagram or image doesn't get recognised - im not sure if that was ever fixed. Sample questions were repetitive, and the AI bot would mark me incorrect when my answer was in fact correct. I now use chat gpt to create my notes and sample qs, it is much more reliable and free! Also be aware, the subscription auto renews without warning and they refuse to give you a refund - even if you no longer want or need the service. Their refund policy is they need to be given a chance to rectify the issue first. But that is irrelevant if you no longer want to use their services. On the upside, their customer service team was prompt and replied within 24 hours but was unable to refund me due to their policy. I am very disappointed and I feel ripped off. Surely it wouldn't impact the bottom line to refund disgruntled customers rather than get a 1 star review? There are a few POd ppl leaving bad reviews maybe it's time to revisit the refund policy!
