I had bought their service in Feb25 for one month for which payment of 18€ was made. However, Studyfetch has treated my one time purchase as a subscription and claimed money again in March. I have requested them to return the money that was pulled from my account in March. Hope Studyfetch refunds my money and stops any further claims.

Really love the cool features but I once tried the flashcard option out for my revision in food but when I went to delete only one flashcard,the whole study set deleted itself,to think I actually spent so much time into those flashcards,now it has gone to waste,features are lovely but maybe for further improvments they should fix technical issues and make it approachable,especially the notes section

It helped me so much with studying for upcoming tests and memorizing several facts for subjects, but recently I tried adding a new document but it won't save what I wrote inside my notes. Not only that, but the site wouldn't let me even delete the notes that I didn't need.

It says it's supposed to summarize and only take the important parts of the live lecture feature... it ends up taking me more time to go through the notes it gives me because it constantly repeats over and over again the same exact points throughout the notes so I have to filter them out. It's defective and if I'm paying for it to summarize and give notes in the live lecture feature... i shouldn't be paying the premium price to practically do it all myself anyways.

it worked well for the 1 it let me use it then it reverted back to its “pay me” version and didn’t allow me to use its features. Any suggestions?

I couldn't access the site using either Chrome or Edge browsers. As a last resort, I tried DuckDuckGo, created an account, and experimented a bit. I reported the issue to Support but received neither an acknowledgment nor a reply. The file upload is limited both in size and in the number of pages. This information isn't provided upfront, so I had to split my PDF to reduce its size and decrease the number of pages in each section. I used the FlashCard tool, which is nice as it allows for requesting additional information if something in the response isn't clear. However, this additional information cannot be added to the flashcard's answer. Therefore, the integration of the flashcard utility with Studyfetch's version of ChatGPT is lacking. As an experiment, I asked ChatGPT (outside of Studyfetch) to read my PDF files and distill "FlashCard-styled Questions and Answers" from the text. From 601 pages, it generated 45 Q&As. These results were presented as a text document, not as virtual flashcards. I'm unsure if the Basic Plan has a trial limit, as the site continuously redirects me to the Upgrade page. It's possible that the Basic Plan restricts testing different tools provided by StudyFetch unless one discontinues using another tool. If that's the case, it's unfortunate that one cannot fully explore the site's offerings without investing time in workarounds to avoid immediate upgrading. I plan to explore the site a bit more before deciding whether it's worth further investigation.

The concept of the website is interesting. It was designed to be user-friendly, but the many bugs I encountered made it everything but user-friendly. When trying out the free 5-day trial for StudyFetch Premium, I encountered the following issues while using it: 1. I tried uploading 4 different audio (mp3) files and during each upload, an error occurred. 2. When trying to take photos of my handwritten notes, the "take photo" button bugged and not a single photo could be taken. 3. When using the "Live Lecture" feature, I tried to convert spoken sentences to text by talking at a lower, medium and higher volume in front of my laptop. Of all trials, only the first few words got transcribed. After the few words, it refused to transcribe any words or sentences. I had to quit the feature for the function to work again, only for it to bug again after a sentence. I'm unsure if this particular feature is only faulty on macbooks or if it is the same on other laptops too. It is definetly something to keep in mind. As the "Live Lecutre" is a feature that is greatly advertised for this website. 4. It was impossible for me upload any pdf files. The smallest file size I tried to upload was 945 KB. As the duration of my use of this website was only limited, there might be other bugs present that I didn't encounter. The positive features of the website: 1. Cute design 2. The concept of simplifying the study experience of students In my opinion, the many buggs of the website make it still imparctical and unsuable, but if improvements were to be made in the areas mentioned above, this website might be very helpful in improving the study experience of many students.
