Experience started off great with strong opinions and expertise and then deterioriated into lackluster follow up and very mechanical sounds. Had to find another solution to finish production and stuck with the full payment and no resolution. So disappointed.

They have great musicians on board, but as soon as you are dependend on the so called "producers", which handle the customer-support, you are lost. It just happened to me, that they don't stand to their word, orders are miscalculated, long communication-breakdowns, no refund if requested.
