After spending thousands of dollars over a couple of years with studio, the producer wanted to charge extra fees for additional vocal time. I argued the song was nearly two weeks late, clearly exceeding the studio’s posted 48 hour guarantee. I refused the charge stating this was a producer problem, especially since we had a telecon, shortly after placing the order, during which he could have raised any issues. After my refusal, he texted me with insulting nonsense about having to talk to him before placing an order, even though their website clearly has a self-help order placement feature. Reduction to treating clients as incompetent professionals is totally unacceptable and choosing to address this issue by text, not phone is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. As a result, I will no longer do business with this studio as there are adequate alternatives.

Experience started off great with…
Experience started off great with strong opinions and expertise and then deterioriated into lackluster follow up and very mechanical sounds. Had to find another solution to finish production and stuck with the full payment and no resolution. So disappointed.

When I began working with Studio Pros…
When I began working with Studio Pros in getting my first song produced, it was July of 2021. Wow! I was very excited! Courtney was friendly, kind, caring and very helpful in finding the right vocalist for the song, and instruments. I had to learn myself, how things worked with the company! I learned what I had to pay attention to, listen for, and speak up and ask questions about, and how the music fitted with the songs, and the vocalist performance with songs; and given this was my first time working with Studio Pros, and the music business! Courtney helped me to better understand what worked and didn't work and what stood out music wise. How to check each point. I even collaborated with the vocalist, which was very, very helpful.
My experience with Studio Pros has been a great learning experience in the music, and songwriter business. I want to let everyone know, I'm on my fourth song with Studio Pros producing it. It's been a great experience!
I'm so excited. I appreciate you, Courtney! Even though, I might not always agree, with the way somethings were handle, but I look at it as a positive way of learning and keeping in mind what works and doesn't work! I use it in my communication with Studio Pros! Kindness goes a long way! You showed it as well!
My songs are about inspiring others! Courtney and I have become friends, and she knows me. I will speak to what I think is right, and vice versa! We respect each other's opinions, and we still have a professional relationship! Hey Courtney! We have been thru 4 songs almost! It's been a year!
Thank you for all of your hard work, I know things were difficult at sometimes, but we never gave up! Most of all, things worked out! Thank God for Studio Pros! I'm so glad I found you all!
Hey! Google, Dianne Forte music, it was done by Studio Pros! Yes! Yes!

STUDIO PROS!!! Studio Pros has the innate ability to…
Studio Pros has the innate ability to polish or finish my songs without asking me what I want or need - they already know! I would suggest any musician keep them on speed-dial. I DO!

Exceptional Recording Experience!
The space has an inspiring vibe that brought out our best performance. Rates are fair for the top-notch quality, and they were super flexible with scheduling.
Whether you're a solo artist or a full band, this place is a hidden gem. Definitely coming back for our next project!

Seriously can't fault these people
Seriously can't fault these people. Been using this service since maybe 2015 and the service and track quality have been top-notch. Mix and master services are stellar and they are great at bringing music to life. Seriously, I don't know what was wrong with the low-score reviews here but I have never had a problem with them, and as someone in the industry, their prices are very reasonable.

Studio Con’s
Studio Pros in my experience is a SCAM!!! They should rename their company, Studio Con’s we are Pros at scamming our customers!!!! I hired this JOKE!!! of a music company for a singer to sing one of my songs. What you hear on their website is so far removed from what you get you question that it is not the same singer that you asked for.
(FIVER IS A MUCH MUCH BETTER CHOICE)
I hired Taylor to sing a track for me and Courtney Jones doesn’t even review the final product when it is sent to you, She told me it’s delivered straight from the Vocalist, So you can rest assured, they never even check their work.
(FIVER IS A MUCH MUCH BETTER CHOICE)
This Vocalist was so out of key Flat / Sharpe and so out of time no one not even a deaf person would accept the work that was sent!!!! It was such an atrocity!!!! I couldn’t help but to laugh and contact Courtney Jones, and let her know how incredibly unsatisfied and shocked I was. And here’s the KICKER!!! Well, Courtney Jones said “I’m sorry you don’t like what was done for you, but there will be no credit and we will not provide a different singer. You have to keep what you have. My supervisor said there’s nothing we can do about it. You have to accept what was given to you. I said but it’s an unusable track. The girl is so out of key And out of time it’s an unusable track the response was. It’s too bad my supervisor says there’s nothing we can do about it. I could not help but to laugh my ass off at how incredibly unprofessional this company actually is. I couldn’t care less about the 200 bucks.

Studio Cons Is not a reputable music
company? Zero results can be expected at least that was my experience!!!!

An Unfortunate Disappointment
This was my first time working remotely with a music studio in another state. I had no idea of how long the process would take. I assumed it wouldn't take as long as it took a beginner like me to finish one song on my own. As I write this review, Studio Pros has not finished my song. I called it quits with Studio Pros about five months after I signed up with them. Here's why:
Communication was not as I expected with Studio Pros. In the beginning, things were good, as any new relationship usually is. However, as time went on, I found myself not hearing back from them in a timely manner. On their website, my song's status would remain at the same status for weeks after I had already submitted my review & modification requests. Eventually, I started calling them regarding my song's status. I feel, they should have been the ones calling me. However, it became more of me reaching out to them for the most part.
There were times I got a hold of the producer and he'd tell me he'd call on a certain day & more than once, he never call. To give credit, he eventually called, but it wasn't on the day I was told. A customer should never be told they'll get a call on a certain day & never receive that call on that day. It doesn't look good.
In addition to the above, I found myself repeating things to the producer that I had already mentioned to him a few times before. In particular, he had requested a stem file from me with only the guitar solo on it so that the guitarist could hear it better. I had told the producer from day one that I didn't have stems but he asked me for stems on more than one occasion.
After the guitarist made several attempts to get the guitar solo right but, seemingly, couldn't get it right. And, after getting an email asking me to respond to a preview that I had already responded to, I decided to ask about a refund. I felt like we were going in circles with me repeating myself and the constant attempts to get the guitar solo right. That was the nail in the coffin for me. Interestingly, after moving on to a different studio, the second studio was able to get the guitar solo right on the first try. Their guitarist didn't need stems. It was a guitar solo and it was loud enough to hear for the second studio.
Once the producer at Studio Pros answered my refund question, I was happy. He told me he could reimburse me for services not rendered. He called me to let me know it was in progress & would let me know when the refund went through. However, days after that, he called me to tell me I couldn't be refunded.
It's not good business to tell a customer they will be refunded & then call days later to tell the customer that they won't be refunded. Apparently, after so many days, a customer can't get refunded. I was not aware of this at the time. I understand that policy. My issue was that the producer never told me about the refund policy when I first asked about a refund. Instead, he agreed to refund me. I feel like if I've already been told I'd be refunded, then I should be refunded. It's another thing that doesn't look good for Studio Pros. My dad said Studio Pros is probably one guy and someone else working out of an apartment or something. Who knows?!
Anyway, I was told that I had the option to use the unrefunded money as a credit for future services. I told the producer that I had already moved on to another studio to help me with my song. Of course, I moved on thinking I'd get my refund & not lose money and I reminded him that he told me he'd refund me. Nonetheless, I lost money anyway. I refused the credit because it was never my intention to work with Studio Pros again. Thankfully, I am working with a different studio & it's going very well so far. It's day versus night when comparing the two studio experiences.
