Not worth the long long wait for delivery and doesn’t work and no refunds offered only long emails explaining how to apply again and also consumer rights act - please void and save yourselves money and time

This product does not work! It's imported direct from China and is unbranded. After sending numerous emails, Studio Dermal have agreed a refund. I stated that as consumer, I was entitled to a full refund on faulty or defective goods within 30 days of purchase. Also, if they did not action a refund, I would file a complaint with trading standards and the ombudsman. This was their response. Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your order. After carefully evaluating your situation, we've decided to issue a full refund for your purchase. The best part? You don't need to return the product — please keep it and enjoy it with our compliments. Your refund has been processed and should appear in your account within 10 days depending on your payment provider. Biggest waste of my money ever - it does nothing !

What a CON….. temporary eye tightener.. absolute waste of of money - it does not work! Wish I had read reviews before buying. Have used a product from another company which was great, should have stuck with that one. DO NOT BUY

Just received my product , having ordered 4/5/26. Ordered and paid through Shop, which shows tracking. Although the store appeared to be in the US and prices in US dollars, the tracking showed it was coming from China. First surprise lol. Email Saturday to say arriving Tuesday, by Royal Mail. Sure enough, arrived this morning, 48 hour tracked 😊 Open it to find a well packaged, plastic sealed box. Writing on the box is predominately some good English, some Chinglish. Has an expiry date (2028) instructions for use on the box, but absolutely NOWHERE does it say the name of the manufacturer, it’s unbranded. Alarm bells. I’m very reticent to use this now, on ultra sensitive undereye area 😕 As others have said, once open it’s unreturnable ( how can you try it then??) Finally, the return address is Cannock, in Staffordshire UK. What’s going on? Presume some individual buying from China and reselling? Tried it behind my ear, as instructed, slight tingly sensation. But can’t return. Quite an expensive mistake. Be careful! Should’ve checked here first

Do NOT touch this product with a barge pole. Product arrives unbranded. ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK. A complete con and an illegal practice to send out unbranded goods when a customer has paid for branded product. I am so annoyed that, yet again, I have been conned into buying something from Instagram which does not live up to expectations and promises by the company. This should be better regulated by Instagram. Company very slow to respond to emails. I have to wait 3 days before any response is received. Company keeps fobbing off by asking questions such as how have I applied product etc to delay actioning a refund. I am STILL waiting for a refund......... Studiodermal - you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking hard-earned cash for fake product!☹️

Probably an unfair assessment as have only just ordered a product, I regret not reading Trust Pilot reviews (rookie error) prior to ordering, My discomfort was due to the fact that the company had my bank details on file from presumably a previous purchase I had no recollection of. I will give an honest review on receipt of the product.

Absolute rubbish. Product did not have any of the advertised effects and they refused to give money back if you’d opened the product despite the advert saying there was a 30 day money back guarantee
