DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! The product is fake and doesn’t work. But, if like me you fell for the advertising and have already bought it, only to find that it doesn’t do what the company promised, here’s my advice and how I got my money back. First I emailed them stating the facts. Ie. Tried it twice following the instructions exactly as directed using a pea size amount each time. As well as not working it left a flakey residue under my eyes. I stated that under the terms of their 30 day money back guarantee and the Sale of Goods Act, if a purchase is faulty or not fit for purpose then as a consumer you are entitled to a full refund. After receiving an email reply from the company asking for photos of the product and packaging I wrote back saying that I would not be sending photos as it is the product not the packaging that is at fault and should I not receive a full refund by return I would be reporting the company to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. Today I received an email from the company saying that as a gesture of goodwill they have authorised a full refund. Good luck and stand firm, you have right on your side.
