Does not meet any of the claims from their advertising. A complete scam product. This organisation ands their products should be banned from all forms of advertising promotion in the Uk as product claims are in our opinion, false. Ads say if not absolutely satisfied you can have a full refund. If you have opened the pack, forget it.

Got sucked in by the FB ads. Absolutely useless product, even worse if you run your hand accross your eyes the product 'sets' in vertical lines under your eyes

Product didn't work not even a little bit. When ii went to get a refund they only refund the item if it's unopened. That's ridiculous you can't tell if it works if you don't try it. It comes from China... What a scam.

I tried your product and I saw no difference, no tightening nor smoother appearance. But I hope it works for others.

Great advert, poor product, which doesnt work. It took rwo weeks to arrive. When I enquired about a return, I was told it would cost me between £12-36, for a 20ml product. Do not buy, its a total scam.

This product is voraciously advertised across social media. It certainly does NOT do what it claims to. In their returns policy they say that the packaging must not have been removed & the product must not have been used!!! How do you know if it does what it says it does without trying it?!! It cakes on the skin & when applied looks as if you have a skin problem as it makes the skin look & feel dry. It certainly doesn’t disappear into the skin! I’ve asked for a full refund despite having used it once which was enough to know that this is a flawed product.

absolulte rubblish. Great advertising and promises, so congratulations to the advertising company. This product actually made my skin look creased and worse than normal. Dont buy under any circumstances, even though you are tempted

Rubbish product doesn't do anything to improve my eye bags if fact I think it made them worse. Total Con!!!!
