. Not only does this product NOT work for me but the advertised money back guarantee was refused because they will not accept open products for return. So MAYBE you can get your money back if you don’t open the product to try it. Someone explain how this works?!??!?? Customer service was dismal, a bit rude and useless.

The eye cream has not worked for me at all and I find it stings a little on the skin. After requesting a refund the company has refused. The ad clearly states to trial it worry free or claims 30 day money back guarantee. False advertising and I’m not sure where we stand in U.K. from rubbish products coming in from America.

The product did tighten slightly on application but as soon as I applied foundation it pilled and made the undereye look worse. I was given a refund on request. The customer service from Stacy M was exemplary. I only gave the product 1 star but for customer service I would give 5 stars.

Beware! Carefully read the refund policy before purchasing this product. If you are expecting a full refund if the product doesn't deliver advertised results or if you have an unfavorable reaction such as redness, etc, the company does not accept used products!!!!! The company only accepts unused products. This doesn't make any sense. The customer is responsible for mailing back unused products. It cost almost $15 to mail back one unused tube of the product as I wanted tracking capability. In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee. The product caused redness for me. A customer is out of luck if expecting a refund after trying the product.

Studio Dermal advertising is completely fake, this eye tightening cream makes under eye bags completely worse, it puckers the skin and makes it look far worse, I had a bad reaction to it that left my eyes swollen and red, my sister did not have a reaction like I did, but she said she had to remove it at once as it made her eyes look much worse, I reported my problem to studio dermal customer care and they expect me to pay for the return postage to China or thereabouts, I have been advised that this it illegal. I shouldn't have to pay high return costs that would cost more than the product; this product is also available on Amazon much cheaper, but I would advise against buying it at all.

This does not work. Pulls the skin under the eye doesn't make it smooth like they say. I have emailed them. But they say it could cost me from £12 to £36 to return my order.

Ordered on the 16th Sep and today 5th October, no sign of delivery says in transit!!! if product actually works discouraged to reorder
