I think it is kind of tricky. I got my ticket prices go higher when I started looking and as soon as the 24hrs of cancelling period was over the prices fall like half price. It is frustrating. Other than that this is a great website to buy a ticket.

This is my third time this year booking flights with StudentUniverse through the coronavirus pandemic. They offer great prices and customer service.

I'm giving them a cautious 4 stars for now. The customer service is professional and quick from my experience. And they are cheap. A lot of people seem to complain that this company is bad because they had to cancel a flight and were charged. But this seems to be the case with many providers. Just be aware that there does not seem to be a flexible ticket option and if you need to change your flight for any reason, you will probably be out of luck, and it will be very expensive. I am still unsure about this process of getting extra personal details. I often give fake numbers associated with my credit cards to obfuscate these forms of intrusion into private matters. It might just be standard procedures. Anyway, my experience thus far has been positive, if only because they are cheaper and were so swift to respond and resolve my issue.
