Great prices, but they try to squeeze so much money out of you with unnecessary add-ons. I got scammed out of $10 trying to get aisle seats, but I had to pick my own seats through the official airline websites anyway. If they didn't push the extras without fully explaining what they mean, they'd have gotten 5 stars. I haven't flown yet, so I will update this review if anything changes.

It was very easy to use. As an international student the verification process was very quick as well. Best prices out there.

Absolutely love booking with SU! Affordable and very easy especially when trying to travel on a student budget! Only reason they dont get full stars is the long wait time when trying to talk to customer service

They seemed great still haven't actually travelled yet or had a problem, which is where the rubber hits the road.

Erm so I think there should be some codes suggested for (first time) customers like us because we were new to studentuniverse so we didn’t know there were applicable codes for a discount. Besides, I find it annoying whenever my shift is expired and then I have to sign in again. (At first I didn’t notice that but then when I finished the billing information and submitted, I had to sign in one more time and redo everything)

Quick and easy- I was able to find the time that worked best for my schedule while minimizing the amount I paid.
